Walk In Nervous
Every woman feels this way. That's normal. We'll greet you, show you around, and introduce you to your coach before class starts.
Learn the Basics
Your first class is all fundamentals. Stance, footwork, basic punches. No contact, no pressure. Just movement and learning.
Hit the Bag
By the end of your first class, you'll be throwing combinations on the bag. It feels incredible. You'll want to come back.
Join the Community
After a few classes, you'll know names. After a few weeks, you'll have workout partners. After a few months, you'll wonder how you ever lived without this.
